Description

The Province Assembly Planning Committee members will include the Province Vice Satrap, the Province Treasurer, the Vice Regent of the hosting Collegiate chapter, and other Vice Regents of Province Chapters. The Committee Chairperson is recommended to be the Vice Satrap but another member of the committee may be appointed chairperson at the discretion of the Satrap. Other members of both Collegiate and Graduate Chapters are recommended to assist with committee business. The Committee Chairperson will assign Committee members to head specific sub-committees.
