Description

The Historical Committee gathers historical records, artifacts, and photos of the Province. The committee will provide recommendations to the Province Webmaster for publishing historical documents to the Pacific West Province website and social media sites.

·  Charges to be completed prior to upcoming province

·       Update the website with province assembly information as needed

·       Update PhilanTrophy information in collaboration with the Philanthropy Committee

·       Chapter History

·  Charges to be completed during province

·     Encourage others to take photos at Province

·     Develop new ideas to be featured on Pacwest Province website and social media platforms

·     Evaluate sustainability of social media platforms and website tabs

·     Discuss problems relating to social media involvement experienced by chapters

·  Ongoing charges

·    Celebrate Founders Day with chapters

·    Help all chapters document and advertise important events

·    Collect photos for The Mask’s Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring editions
